Sun Farms Australia is currently developing a diverse portfolio of greenfield opportunities across Australia, with a focus on Queensland, Australia’s “Sunshine State”.

These large-scale projects are located on farm land in close proximity to the national electricity grid.

We progress projects through all development stages from land identification to pre-feasibility studies, landholder engagement, independent site surveys and assessments, development approvals, grid connection studies, sun farm design, financing and construction.

We work closely with experienced and recognised experts in their fields throughout the assessment and development of a project.  We also partner with experienced EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contractors to optimise the engineering solution and delivery for each sun farm.

Early-stage stakeholder engagement is an essential part of our development approach to foster support from key groups including landowners, Traditional Owners, Councils and other State-based organisations.

Our projects create regional opportunities for employment and new skills development.

Once operational, each high-quality sun farm asset will provide a new form of sustainable income to landholders and a long term sustainable return to our investors.
